Kirtan Dhyan(GOBIND BOLO HARI GOPAL BOLO)

यह विधि - कीर्तन ध्यान - जब ओशो शिविर लेने जाया करते थे तब स्वयं ही कराया करते थे।
2001 में स्वामी आनंद वैराग्य ने इसका संगीत तैयार करवाया क्योंकि इस ध्यान का कोई संगीत मौजूद नहीं था और यह विलुप्त सा हो चला था।

इस ध्यान में चार चरण हैं -

(1) पहले चरण में 'गोविंद बोलो हरि गोपाल बोलो' की धुन पर साथ साथ गाते हुए नृत्य करना है...संगीत की धुन में डूबते, खोते हुए नृत्य !

(2) दूसरे चरण में गायन बन्द हो जाएगा; बस, धुन जारी रहेगी। अब इस धुन पर नाचते हुए भाव-रेचन करना  है यानी - रोना, हंसना ,चीखना, चिल्लाना आदि। शरीर नृत्य में सक्रिय और भाव-रेचन साथ साथ।

(3) तीसरे चरण में संगीत-धुन रुक जाएगी। अब सब छोड़कर सीधे शवासन में लेट जाना है। 
क्रिया से सीधा अक्रिया में।

(4) चौथा और अंतिम चरण अहोभाव प्रकट करने का है। मधुर संगीत पर हौले हौले झूमे या बैठे रहें...
अहोभाव, कृतज्ञता-भाव, धन्यवाद के भाव में।

Swami anand vairagya was born in january 1952, in Bihar. A graduate academically, he received sanyas from Osho in 1973, 7th October in Mt Abu, Rajasthan, in a meditation camp, facilitated by Osho himself.
Since then, he became active in spreading Osho message and his work mainly by facilitating meditation camps, organizing talks, helping meditation centers etc.
In 1980, he organized a KIRTAN MANDLI TOUR in Bihar, with few fellow travelers for 3 months, to reach thousands of people, only to give the message of love and meditation.
Other than facilitating meditation camps, he was very much involved in art and theatre activities to spread Osho as much as possible. Theatre and stage shows, were many of such initiatives that paved the way for his one dream of making Osho available to everyone.
Also, with the banner of Tao Vision and Tao Creations, he launched devotional music for Osho lovers…to add one more feather for celebration and meditation…these bhajans, kirtans are still loved by many devotees…
He was a true Osho disciple and we cherish his loving memories; 
this is one small tribute to his life and hi---------------s memories…
