OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION

Dynamic Meditation is a powerful meditation technique to break all past patterns and prepare your body to receive. Its an active meditation that involves Physical action. Based on different ancient Sufi techniques, this hour meditation will activate, clear and regenerate your being.

Osho created this meditation for the modern man. Ancient ways of meditating ( sitting in silent) was not working so he created a series of active meditations to reach the place where meditation can happen.

Dynamic Meditation last for one hour. It has  5 stages, involving intense breathing, catharsis, mantra chanting, silence and finally celebrating.

First Stage: BREATHING TECHNIQUE (10 minutes)

Breathing chaotically through the nose, concentrating always on the exhalation. let breathing be intense, deep, fast, without rhythm, with no pattern. The body will take care of the inhalation. This stage awakens your inner energies through the breathing.

Second Stage: EXPLODE (10 minutes)

This stage takes you into a process of deep mind-heart cleansing through catharsis to make you like an empty vessel. Let go of everything that needs to be thrown out. Follow your body. Give your body freedom to express whatever is there. Go totally mad. Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh; throw yourself around. Hold nothing back;
keep your whole body moving.

Third Stage: HOO MANTRA (10 minutes)

With arms raised high above your head, jump up and down shouting the mantra, “Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!” as deeply as possible. Each time you land, on the flats of your feet, let the sound hammer deep into the sex center. While reverberating the mantra "hoo" so intensely your kundalini energy, the sleeping energy awakens and rises to higher neural centers.

Fourth Stage: STOP (15 minutes)

Freeze wherever you are, in whatever position you find yourself.

Fifth Stage: CELEBRATE  (15 minutes)

Dance and express whatsoever is there.
